Now here’s an unusual thing to look forward to. Over a year ago our ancient 50” tv stopped working. As there was nothing but crap on tv, it just stayed off. Eventually the eldest boy took it down and put it behind the settee.
The spot on the wall as taken up by a collection of family photos.
As lockdown II was about to start, and Christmas was looming (with the spectre of possibly something decent on), we ordered a new state of the art smart tv.
So as we go through lockdown II, we here are looking forward to possibly watching some good tv sometime in the not too distant future. For the moment we are still looking at the wall.
When this tv does arrive, if there is nothing but crap on, there is always YouTube!

I now have something else to do during this lockdown - wait for the new TV to be delivered.
Whilst sitting staring at the wall, I had a bit of fun completing a survey for Curry’s on my recent purchase. Some idiot should have checked whether the order had been delivered before asking me to complete the survey.
Wasn’t rude or offensive, but I had to mark the delivery down as “extremely dissatisfied”. Was able to make a few helpful comments, but you have to be careful with people that already have your money!
