I’m cheating and I totally admit it, I’m exploring but I’ve grinded, farmed and also use tips and advice of where to go, looked at you tube videos etc etc, I’m doing ok now but without that help, no chance.
I beat two enemies last night. One of them was a Great Enemy, the same one you killed. The other one was Mad Pumpkin Head down by Waypoint Ruins. He is just an enemy.
Used similar tactics for both; basically jump back if there is space behind me, or roll out of the way when they get in close. Now making my first run through Stormveil Castle.
Just finished Stormveil, easy really.
Which actually looks alright as you’re walking up to it.
“Ah, a nice castle to shelter me from that horrible world out there!”

If they’re the trolls that look like giants? Yes they’re easy, 2 wound up hits and you’re done.
Goodrick in stormveil is fuck all compared to the crucible knight in the jail, can’t beat him yet, he’s a fucking beast.
The crucible knight is brutal but the most annoying is Magma cunting Wynn or whatever he is called, beat him in the end. Its strange some have trouble on different things.

I am still making my way through Stormveil Castle. Just found the second site of grace after you get there. I wouldn’t share your assessment that it’s easy. It’s easy once you know how, but until you get a grasp of the layout, plenty of opportunities to fall to your death.
I just about made it to that second site of grace, limping in as Jimmy No Flasks. I have to say that I was fucking elated when I found it.
Have you fought the two knights on the roof bit, right annoying bastards.
If you’re talking about the stretch of game that goes from Stormveil Ramparts, I am just coming across them now. Getting done up by the second one, but it’s just a case of resource management really. Almost killed the second one - if I can get through those birds using relatively little mana I think I will be sorted.
I started out as an Astrologer and am still wearing cloth. I am now facing the decision to put of on some proper armour, but I worry about losing my magic damage.
This makes absolutely no sense IRL
I’m sure you two are having a blast though. Keeps you off the streets I guess

Armour doesn’t really cut it, I’d harvest smouldering butterfly and root resin for fire grease and it’ll sort them but they are annoying, not tough but annoying.
The cost of the PS5 is going up.
Extra £30 in the UK. Extra fifty Euro in EU. No price change for the US.
Don’t think a price rise has ever happened before and I believe that the PS5 was already profitable on its own terms (e.g. not a loss leader anymore).
This smacks of corporate greed. It has not gone down well in the gaming world.

They’re already making a packet on the software. They’ve also got a new subscription service in the mould of GamePass which seems to be gaining traction.
It’s also a less capable machine than the competition. Series X is faster and has more HD space out of the box.
