Ok, Barry. Right you are. Iāll just ignore the specialist games press, the technical reviews and my own experience.
A forum caveman mis-identifying 21st century technology is much more reliable.

Yeah, I prefer the old days when all the cars came on the disk.
You might be happy paying Ā£70 for a microtransactions shop. Iād have to get my own PS5 first. To buy a microtransactions shop
Massive own goal from Sony. This game should sell systems. The way theyāve implemented it is all about the microtransactions, and making additional dough off anyone that fancies being competitive this year. The sim racers know that only one or two cars are actually competitive. I suspect Sony know that too.
All the cars do come on the disk - you are paying for something that you already have. That is what is mental
To be honest if someone desperately wants a 1967 mustang or whatever and cant be arsed to get it through game play - then if they are daft enough to pay for it then that their choice. Its like those skins on fortnight, that added absolutely nothing to gameplay.
Skins on Fortnite are purely cosmetic.
Getting access to the best car because you paid real money for it is not the same thing, especially when the in-game earning rates have been nerfed.
Polyphony will end up rowing back on this, just as Blizzard had to do with Diablo III and just like EA with Battlefront II.
Itās not, itās really notā¦
Itās true on Whopper Island.
All this says is you have that system, donāt be so defensive, you like it and I donāt, if I did Iād have bought one, you can buy them a lot easier than a PS5, must be something in it.
You donāt find the interface slow, I do as Iām comparing it to the PS5.
Except @BTripz has both systems.
I think that once again, this is another example of the classic Barry theme.
Weāve seen it with cities, football clubs, hounds, political knowledge, etc. Weāre seeing it again here.
To repeat, Bob has both consoles, uses them day to day and had an appreciation of things technical to a level that makes you look like a toddler ramming a piece of half-gummed Marmite on toast into a VCR.
Iāll take his review over yours, thanks.
Ooooooh, have we got a videeeeooooo?
In my opinion its slow and clunky, if it were good Iād have bought it Pap.
In fact much to my amusement just then my exact words ha ha!
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/xbox/forum/all/is-everyones-xbox-one-x-so-slow-and-clunky/659cba5a-aa29-4187-a9be-50fd29513d8d
You see I am not particularly bothered but it would appear you are, if you like it fine, I found it when I saw it slow, clunky and ever so microsoft, donāt be spiky you donāt have a PS5.
Quite happy with this to be honest even though I donāt know how this game works and it seems to be more complicated than Fallout and XCom combined.
Quoting for posterity.
Youāve just done the exact same thing as you did when visiting your relatives. Youāve assumed that the machine is an Xbox Series X. It says quite clearly heās got a One X.
Youāre a fucking moron sometimes. When are you going to learn that Googling āintelligenceā before barfing it out here undigested makes you look more of one?
Pap, Iāll lend you my ps5 if you want, donāt be so defensive over a crap system.
I bet you didnāt even ask them what machine they had.
I reckon you just sat there, shitting your pants, saying āner ner ner. yours is shit. mine is goodā.
Youāve made a complete fool out of yourself among anyone interested in either Xbox or Playstation
What you going on about Pap,
Look I can drop it off later if youāre desperate.
Well when Iāve seen it itās slow, slow compared to the ps5 and the interface is clunky, you like it, lovely, if I thought that Iād have bought one, but why would I? The ps is better, now if fallout is Xbox exclusive then Iāll but one for that.
ZX81 For The Win
Hearing more news about Gran Turismo 7ās disastrous adventures with micro-transactions.
Gamers have come up with a rather ingenious way to fuck with the whole enterprise. Essentially, people are using the Remote Play feature to play GT7, except theyāre not actually driving. Theyāre running a script on Windows thatāll control the Remote Play session and drive on their behalf.
So they leave their PS5s running all day and come home to shitloads of credits. Polyphony and Sony arenāt making a fucking penny.
Still, what a shame to have āThe Real Driving Simulatorā reduced to this.
