:watfordfc: Watford v Saints :saints: (PL)

Man city aren’t Liverpool, that’s not happening.
Targett no, everyone else, yes(maybe not Gallagher. He’s the Austin replacement and he’s excellent in the air), plus add Bertrand.
I’ll be as vague on some of the purchases.
A CB, possibly two.
A goalie. Alban La Font maybe(young and excellent).
A RW. Ezequiel Barco(really a leftie, but i’ve wanted to buy him for 3 years and i’m not giving up now).
ST. Back to being vague. Two of whoever Ralph likes.

He was more polite, but I am ITK enough to confirm that MLT agrees with you
1st question we asked him on his last trip to Dubai

Ralph will rightly walk if he doesn’t get what he needs, his value will be really high and he is a quality manager, this will smoke the board out at least, come August we’re know what Gao really is.

He will get what he needs.
How much depends on the next 3 games :sunglasses:

Tell us, how do you know all this stuff? Do you have a hotline to Ralph/the board?

What finances for 2 centrebacks, an attacking midfielder, a leader of calm, a left sided winger, 2 centre forwards and a partridge in a peartree?

Yes we gas all the time, he is a hoot on the ale…

This is it? I’m not far of agreeing, except you said this.

I know Ralph likes a small squad, but that’s taking the piss.

6 players gone who feature and retain our better ones? You confident?
I’m not, the weather vane will be Hassenhutl though so I’ll go with what he does as he’ll have a choice of bigger clubs if he doesn’t get the backing.

Really?

In the squad, spaces should be cleared for required standard.

No one has said otherwise, but you made a claim about massive changes and tried to justify it with a list of bit part players.
That could be every clubs in the leagues list(relative to revenue).

We need a huge change in our team, at least 4 in the first team straight away, 1 cb at least, 1 MD, 2 upfront.

In the first team?
A CB yes.
A RW yes.
2 upfront, no. We have Ings and Obafemi. 1 would be good.

No Long???

First team, so no. At his age(and scoring record), he’s gone, or back up(expensive bench warmer, so gone).

So it turns out Long’s goal was the fastest ever in the Premier League, at 7.7 seconds. Bit annoying to then hold on for a further 90-odd minutes before conceding, but there you go. A point at Watford is a good one - they’re no mugs, as their league position shows.

As others have said, we need to get fitness levels upped, and I’m confident that will be high up on Ralph’s agenda over the summer. There have been a few games where we’ve played at a really good, high tempo (Liverpool at home springs to mind) but have run out of steam in the last ten minutes or so.
