Hello SS, personally i’m slowly coming around to @cb-saint view on VVD and enjoying the lesson in the versatility of the English language by @ericofarabia in vividly describing Liverpool and their supporters. These have been the two most consistent and unwavering views on this thread.
As for what’s going on with VVD, no idea, sorry. I’ll go along with @simon-says and say anywhere but Liverpool. The cunts(yes, any words you like).

He is not being very clever about this and you have to wonder what part his agent is playing in it. He clearly isn’t doing himself any favours, but then money and ego is never a good combination.

I guess we should take a crumb of comfort from the fact that this leaves Liverpool in just as much uncertainty.

At some point, they will think about Morgan and how we (he) handled that game of hardball, and one of their second choice CBs will be offered to them, and the window deadline will be fast approaching and Kilppity will pick up the phone to Virgil and explain that “it’s not you it’s me” and say “I know I promised to wait, but things have changed. I’ve met someone new” and they’ll be forced to act.
Or, fearing that Coutinho will be off to Barca, they might be offered a replacement before he goes and be forced to open up the bag with VvD written on it.
I’m quite ambivalent about it now. I hope he says but if he goes, then so be it. I just hope.we can fuck up Liverpool’s spending plans a little for the rest of the season.
