Zelenskiy has made such claims before so I am not sure that he can be taken any more seriously now, but still, this will be news that won’t please the military industrial complex.
Speaking of complex, I was watching Gonzalo Lira’s channel last night and he reported that the Ukrainian armed forces had been banned from publicly posting about their Western-imported weapons.
Made as they are to generate a slew of service contracts and parts, they’re not as reliable as the Soviet weapons they might have used before. It’s got the ring of truth about it when you consider the famed reliability and simplicity of the AK-47.
Dunno why that’s a facepalm. The Russians have not gone all out, in terms of troop numbers or destruction. I think they had something like 50k troops in the Kiev area but were expected by the West to conquer and hold down a city of 3.5 million with that.

It’s only got a ring of truth to it as you appear to want to believe it, I’ve sat back from this page and looked, you only appear to post pro Russian advances and anti Zelensky agenda, why? And why do you believe these sources? Russia will make gains in the east, but ask yourself why do they have to raze towns and cities to the ground they’re supposed to be liberating?
Did the Russian hierarchy sacrifice 1000’s of their own troops it what could be called a Kyiv ruse? If so that’s Stalin’s policy, they never learn the Russians.

One thing I have read is that the Russians believed that they had succeeded in recruiting key forces within the Ukrainian army that would have allowed them to take Kiev even with those small numbers but for whatever reason, either they’d been strung along or the Ukrainians chickened out, that support never materialised when it came down to it. Unfortunately I’m not sure we’ll ever know the truth.

You think in eastern Ukraine they’re not resisting? Planted Russians maybe are conspiring with the invaders to an extent but the invaders never expected such civilian resistance, you’re still listening to RT if you think otherwise.
