No, Iād look like someone looking at stuff on a case by case basis. The evidential quality here was much higher than previously reported events, which had many more evidential contradictions.
People can think Iām a hypocrite, but I doubt they will, largely because if Iām presented with decent enough evidence, Iāll take it on board.

Iāve no idea if a war crime took place here. It wouldnāt surprise me. However, Iāve just watched the video on that BBC article and it proves nothing. It shows someone in uniform shooting at someone/something out of shot which they claim is the security guard. They show a security guard who they claim has been shot in the back with a high calibre rifle hobbling a bit but quite briskly back to his post with absolutely no sign of blood on him. They show a pile of bedding/clothes which he apparently died in with no sign of blood. They show a soldier getting changed and another smash a CCTV camera, and thatās it. What is that meant to prove exactly?
To be honest if I turned up at an office and asked the security guard for directions to Kharkov and he said thereās no Kharkov round here mate, maybe you mean Kharkiv? Iād probably go nuts and shoot him too.

One video is a strange cross to die on arguing when weāve had months of videos of cars being pulled over, journalists sent into ambushes and bodies piled high.
