Let’s keep it simple.
Do you think he will offer us more than Boufal?
Do you think he is more suited to a number 10 role than Will Smallbone?
I actually think Saints will struggle to improve our first choice eleven. We simply can’t afford better players unless they are young gems that nobody has heard of. But even so we are competing with Everton and Leicester etc who have more money behind them. So a focus on coaching and improving our bench is more or less our only option to move forward.
Surely that’s getting lopped off in the medical?
