Ok, so we have an interesting situation.
Votes currently stand at:

General Leo Fensiv: 14 votes

However, Bletch has placed 2 votes for Frank’s Cousin which is obviously madness and there are a further 8 un-allocated votes (voters expressed no preference or donated the vote to me to do as I see fit).
10 votes are therefore up for grabs.
