Interesting discussion.

Great defence of Corbyn and Labour by Owen Jones, but an excellent point made by Evan Davies that despite taking (potentially) the correct stance on this, the polls show Corbyn is 2:1 behind May.

Perhaps it has something to do with the narrative driven by the media and, just perhaps, the government is wilfully telling us they’ve found an Exocet-shaped nerve agent in a Falklands-shaped Salisbury.

Perhaps the most astonishing part of that is that someone apparently paid £30,000 to sit next to Gavin Williamson at a dinner. I would pay many times that amount so as not to have to sit next to him.

Yes it’s bad. it’s cognitive bias. If you have a grounded opinion you will find it confirmed online through newsfeeds.

Obviously the writers of “Strike Back Retribution” written over a year ago from an independant production company were in a deep state conspiracy with the BBC to I dunno? If they were in this big conspiracy why make a TV drama mentioning it? :lou_facepalm_2:

And the latest bbc4 pandemic? I got an email from them today. Think they want people to download an app so they can show how fast it could spread(keen to scare?). I don’t develop apps, just like i don’t write strike back. Do you think this might have taken just as long?
