Took a group to the Mountains today.
Never had to work so hard in my life.
Kind of tough to see anything in low cloud (And with everything shut now during the week.
But. I have to say a little classic came out.

Most hard cheese freezes ok. I think cheddar and parmesan works best but most soft cheeses are shit when defrosted. Not a Stilton fan so not sure.
