Nice to hear it confirmed, thanks. :lou_lol:

Finally getting of the unit anchored in the middle of the South China Sea and going home after 7 half weeks at work. Apart from a day and half R&R in Labuan :lou_is_a_flirt:

Going out tomorrow for my 1st public Wianki…

No, I have no idea either but apparently involves maidens wearing flowers in their hair so you know they want to get laid/married, lots of booze, music & dancing.
I THINK it’s some Pagan Festival thing for the Solstice
Updates will follow from late afternoon tomorrow until I fall asleep/get a black eye from Mrs P_F

Update

Bloody hell. It’s a full-on Glasto warm up!
Arts Crafts and loads of Polish bands, lots of stages across the City Centre

http://wianki.krakow.pl/program/

Mrs P_F has just disappeared to find her Glasto Fower band & hat. This couldl be a HUGE mess!

Get da fvck in!

Number 3 anyway but who’s counting they are free

Managed to get out of work at 5.20 today (only 20 mins late), popped home collected stuff, bus and tube to Waterloo got in at 18.22, bought ticket and got on the 18.35 to Soton. Got a seat and back at my parents by 20:00. Winning. Especially as there are strikes on.

Plus no work until 3rd July now.

You had my sympathy up till this point. Not so much now(jealousy).
The pictures. Did you take them with your phone? Excellent quality whatever.

Most photos I post on here will be from my camera phone. A Samsung S9.

Knowing you only have one more week at home before you can head to the south of France for two weeks.

You may have gathered that the Ayatollah and I get around the world a fair bit, however I am looking forward to this holiday far more than most

Drive down to Our overnight stay in the Burgundian village of Gevrey Chambertin. Quick blast to Pezenas, drop anchor for 12 nights. Have my roadie and our MTBs. A dozen wineries on a 15mile circuit from our house

Daily croissants and baguettes, cheese, rillettes, local wines.

And sun - you know, that yellow disc that occasionally graces the skies of the UK from time to time

Plus on the way home, our overnight stay coincidentally is within a few miles of the finish of the Tour. What are the chances?

Pah! In 3 weeks and I shall be visiting the CR7? museum :joy: & ignoring all the shits in the office and clients until 1st August

With the dick wipes who “work” (allegedly) in my business stream I’m not sure I can make it to hols without HR getting involved…but my handover notes will simply say “do not let them go to the pub or give them alcohol at lunchtime”…

Good Golly Miss Molly…she’s grown into a little tearaway…

When I am at my parents I share a room with their other children. I mean the 3 westies as they now have the spare room!
2 like to sleep in their cages. Mia has 2 beds in the room but sleeps at the end of the bed I’m in. At about 7ish she crawls up the bed, giving little noises to tell me to take her to dad’s room.

We are ruled by a little wee-chon. We are much happier for it.

The wider C_S clan & friends are meeting up in Ye Olde Watling in The City at lunchtime to celebrate Little Sis CS’s 50th.

Lovely day for it. Hardly a cloud in the sky (for a change).
