Last week he came 2nd in the South of England U12 triathlon, out of 90 entries. U11 county tennis, U12 Shrewsbury cricket.
Lady Slowlane accompanied me this afternoon to visit our mate Bill in the Stroke ward. He is making steady progress and proudly announced he has wet the bed twice since his catheter was removed yesterday.
His voice is clearer and stronger, so a good conversation is now the norm.
We were there for nearly an hour, which placed ourselves smack bang in the rush hour. Fortunately Chambers arrived to pick us up…

Daughter booked my flight to Bordeaux for family vacation in April.
Outbound was via Frankfurt return via Munich on Lufthansa.
Then they changed the return to via FRA.
I was doing some printing and so printed out my reservation
Email itinerary showed my seats on the return (paid in advance)
Booking showed no seats.
Hmm.
Online Chat? 
Call centre? We are busy press 1 for a call back in English.
Sigh.
Pressed button phone cut off.
And a call from Germany came in.
Instantly
I went through the security/booking stuff and explained.
She said?
Oh. I see it, that’s not right.
2 minutes later.
Done.
Wtaf?
An Airline problem resolved in a total lapsed time of 6 minutes?

Couldnt get a business class ticket from Manila to Bangkok on the way here so said to office I will get Business class on that leg on the way home.
OK said the office.
Got ticket changed so now go Malabo to Addis to Dubai then Business class from Dubai to Manila on Emirates 
instead of from Bangkok to Manila.
Majority of my flight home is now in Business class

Never flown Business Class, what’s it like?

Its like baggage but you get metal knives and forks instead of balsa wood ones.

Yes. BA all their long haul crew have Silver Hair so it is Silver Service
Never ever fly BA. We like Singapore Airlines, top class service and some lovely cuties.

Used the lot. Miami, New York, Jamaica, LA a summer vacation and a trip to SMS for a weekend.
