Clingfilm.
OMG.
Mrs P_F visited, amongst her supply drop she had Clingfilm. Truly (stop it Scotty) orgasmic.
We were able to clingfilm wrap my bad leg to keep the wound dry and FINALLY after 11 days in a swear box i have had a shower.
To finish me off she brought a proper Doorstep sized Mature Cheddar & Branston sandwich.

Spent the afternoon being chauffeur to Ed Davey round his North Shropshire appointments. 
Car insurers - part 2!
Following visit of dodgy insurers car repair man, we got a second opinion before we even got the first.
Verdict - āthat will cost about Ā£500, and I know a bloke who will do it!ā - this from the chap who sold us the car a few years ago now (Honda Jazz).
Insurance company offer Ā£1,500 write off. We keep the car, and they pay the money less scrap value.
So - we have Ā£1,400, car being repaired next week about Ā£500, weāve hired a car for a few days, and have cash left over!
What, we might ask, is the point of having car insurance - this explains why insurance has gone in recent years.
It appears most car repair companies with insurance connections also have connections with scrap dealer, who apparently make a fortune out of selling stripped spares!
To get your insurance overpayments back, you need no fault damage to get your write off value, keep the car and fix it yourself!

Very personable, intelligent and, in my opinion, actually addresses issues and talks sense rather than in slogans.
The silly stunts are a considered way to get media attention when rules on coverage are so biased towards the main parties. Do something ridiculous to get attention, then put over a serious message.
He has the commitment and drive essential for the job but (and if youāve heard his ITV interview, youāll know) he is very knowledgeable about the appalling state of care in this country as he himself if a carer for his severely disabled son, and his wife has MS.

If you recall, i was moved from the room of horror with 16 hours of Polish TV to a quieter room.
Downside, like many in this new building, the window was broken and would not open meaning airless stinky hell.
Mrs P_F had a temper tantrum - it is the builderās responsibility they were ignoring the hospital- as you do.
So she got the details, tracked down the CEO, got her pals at Corporate legal to draft an email about how much i was going to sue them for per day under the Patients Rights charter.
It was sent Tuesday.
Today?
Hospital hhad been chasing for 4 months
