Weāre starting from a very low base to be fair
I am recovered.
Back when i was marooned in hospital for 8 days then bed ridden for a few weeks i realised i had a wake up call.
Rome became a madness to get me fit, Doctor thought i was mad.
Then over 15km a day in fierce 31C heat, no shade evil terrain my colleagues questioned my ability to do it, they had a back up substitute ready.
My boss couldnāt believe i kept going.
In my mind? I knew i had been given a choice of which āhill to die onā.
I was not giving up i was going to be there on that Sunday and wow did it pay off.
I pumped meds, CBD, Energy Gels, Isotonic powders hundreds of calories of crap catering - Pizza & Chips in a pot with lettuce paprika cucumber olives & mayo on top.
I got home and crashed- my system couldnāt control my temperature i could feel the chemicals flushing out as i had a pee every 20 minutes and drank 3 litres of water a day.
My knees locked solid, couldnāt face taking meds.
Mrs P_F didnāt know whether to shout at me or call an ambulance.
And today? Iām back!
System rebalanced, knees working CBD & NaProxen taken, tomorrow, weather permitting back to the Forest.
Because tosay is the day i start improving so i donāt crash in 2027

Phoned BT for the annual argument about contract costs.
Only 15 mins later, Ā£8 reduction, totally free upgrade to full fiber at 700-900Mbs, TNT sport free upgrade to Ultra HD, TV and landline contracts switched to monthly options.
