Room is cute but basic and for some reason no curtains other than 2" wide decoration but they do a breakfast unlike the old shithole in town we used before.

At last a new series of Race Across the World. Panders totally to my love of travelling, challenge and problem solving. I would love to do it, but realistically my age would probably defeat me although experience would give us a massive advantage.
The new series is Canada and the first leg is from Vancouver to an island off Prince Rupert, a journey we did years ago, patching together buses, ferries and hitch-hiking. Oh the memories.

Lovely to have a Salisbury Saint in town and meet up for a few beers last night.
We had just enough beer, a small vodka tasting, saw England’s 2 goals and finished at a sensible hour.
Going out to talk shit in a pub.
