Around here they usually drive straight across as if there was no roundabout
Aye, is happening all over the place, and cutting corners when turning right.
Not that I am a bit ch or anything but one of my simple pleasures is pulling right up ,to the junction so they have to go around properly. My eyesight always fails me too when they try to wave me out first
Itās even better when you do that on a push bike
I donāt slow down when cunts are cutting over the lines, I give myself bonus points if they honk me.
Mrs S is pruning shrubs. Remembering how last time she did this, she cut through the TV aerial cable, I ventured to advise excercising caution, especially as there is now also the main phone landline/ broadband cable there too.
For this I get tutted at āOf course I know where it isā
10 minutes later, cry of anguish as she cuts through the phone cable. āDidnāt know that one was thereā. Itās my fault, apparently, for not being more specific or doing the pruning myself.
Meanwhile, no landline, no wifi, no TV or music streaming, big emergency call out bill incoming.
Catching a bus into town with Mrs P_F for dinner & drinks with boss & clients.
Bus is 40 min late.
We get on.
We have timed online tickets. Driver says no problem. He is actually the bus due 2 hours earlier.
Apparently Krakow has managed to gridlock itself today, a mix of roadworks, accidents & power outage to the traffic light system.
We may have fuel but nobody here is going anywhere either!
Managed to get some spare petrol, but they didnāt have any fuel cans
Trying to drive past all the neanderthals queuing at petrol stations
Did you scream āIām a non-cuntā out the window while driving past?
What a nice sunny day here.
Perfect for driving round taking pics of empty petrol stations and annoying friends in FB
Equally feeling smug that I have a full tank of LPG
Bloody hell, thatās crazyā¦Ā£1.41 a litreā¦
There is a report of a forecourt charging £2.08
of course
And why not?
Those panic buying are, mainly, idiots.
Yes some people are in need for work etc but most are buying too much.
Maybe buy what you need?
Well here we are in Oxford this morning having failed to find any filling stations with fuel on the way.
I know I said we had enough to get us to Oxford and back yesterday but unless Oxford has moved a lot closer to Southampton in the last few days I think we might be staying here for a week or two.
Lots of petrol stations have got a maximum spend which doesnāt work imo- you donāt discourage the splash and dash dickheads
If they made it a minimum spend of say £40 - you would wipe out most of those and prioritise those who actually need it
Windows 11 is comingā¦5th October.
fuck it will all go tits up again
