😠 The Little Annoyances Of Everyday Life (Part 1)

Had a wonderful example of that couple of years ago at Gatwick immigration inbound.

I was registered for the old retina scan system so ambled straight past about 500 inbounds from Magaluf. The inevitable “ok what you think you’re going shout” (in an Essex accent) was greeted with a smirk as I waltzed into an empty machine & was through in seconds.

Followed by a “What was that? How did he do that?”

They closed them because the unwashed could look at a camera unfortunately

Karma got me back I flew into Stansted about a year later at 10pm OMG. Got out about midnight - no chip readers were working

It’s international Women’s day today

When is

International Men’s day?

bet there isn’t one.

You have GBLT day what about straight men and women day?

bet there isn’t one

there is Black pride day

No white or pink or yellow pride day I appologise for the racial stereotype of colours but what else do you say?

:lou_facepalm_2:

Are you saying that you don’t get Steak and BlowJob Day in Asia?

You poor bstd…

It is only a week away so may be you could get it sanctioned, get the day off, import some Australian Rib Eye etc etc

International Mens’ Day is in November, though I suspect there are a few women who say it is Man Day everyday.

The recent picture of Trump surrounded by men signing a law about abortion kind of supports that theory.

Didn’t we go through the same thing last year re “when is international mens day”?

Yeah but we still don’t got one innit.

Guys, it’s the 19th November. Get it in your diaries.

What day is that? It’s got to be on a Saturday when there’s a game on and I can get mullered and have a curry afterwards.

Oh, like most weekends of the season…

:lou_facepalm_2:

Apparently it’s a Sunday. See you guys still getting it good. You get a weekend day this year we get a Wednesday. It’s so unfair.

Sorry had to down vote. There are so many things wrong with this, I do not even know where to start, so I am not going to, as I am going to bed!

We can all compare our tash, nearly halfway through Movember, to see who is the mostly manly…over 9 pints of course!

How many thousands of pounds in damages does Katie Hopkins have to cost her employers before they bow to public opinion and have her dumped in a canal like a sack of surplus puppies?

@rallyboy however much I dislike the woman I don’t think that should be her end. I wish we would just ignore her. She’d hate that more than anything. So let’s not talk of her anymore.

The daughter gets to go back to work after 9 months off to deliver the latest grand child :lou_lol:

She works for Qatar airways so is based in Doha.

Her husband works for the local government where we live in the Philippines.

All good so far?

I have to employ two more staff to look after the baby.

More locals employed and more redistribution of wealth.

Because the pay of the daughter and husband is not sufficient combined to allow either one of them to stay at home to look after the newborne

They want to be self sufficient but due to economics cant

Luckily they will be supported but not by the government by family members.

They keep there self respect by both working to the best of there abilities and I get to enjoy the grand kids when I am at home.

The Little annoyance I have to go back to work tomorrow. :lou_sad:

thanks for reading and say Amen in the comments below :lou_lol:
