Now I am not a stranger to back pain but this latest bout is an absolute mother fucker
I have sciatica - shooting pain into ankle - and I have never felt pain like it, to the point on Sunday morning I was lying on the floor almost in tears
A chiro later and we are a little better , although I struggle to walk more that a dozen steps without squirming
I know this will improve but I can appreciate how people feel with constant pain in their life - I would do anything for a couple of hour pain free
As I said to some wise ass at work who was making suggestions, I would stick a pogo stick up my arse and bounce up and down if I thought it would help

I feel your pain, quite literally.
Sounds like your expectations havenât been managed by your company.
This is why your company needs an expert support in the healthcare space to make sure everyone knows what the plan offers and not come up against the sort of shit youâve come up against.
PMI shouldnât be difficult but youâd be surprised (not) at the difference between some companies saying they want to help staff when needed and the reality when it comes to paying for it. Insurer âpathwaysâ for things like MSK can be wank - as youâve found out.
