I spent the day painting the renovated summerhouse in a shade of green - weirdly it went on blue and dried green - bizarre.
Remembered to wear a cap and drank plenty of water. Remarkably enjoyable - given the view from the top of the garden.
Next job is clearing out the shite stored there and refurbishing the inside. Proper Fam-Cave rather than Man-Cave 
The annoyance? Iâm coated in indelible wood stain and my muscles are going into a lockdown of their own.

It was my youngest who long ago pointed out that Taurine has no medical uses except to break down Lactic Acid.
In much of EU Taurine is banned in itâs most famous global form, but in ME & Asia it was all there.
So.
After all those golf events, etc taking a Taurine hit meant - no stiff & aching muscles, no need for a Radox bath etc.
At age 60+ I have found Taurine about 3:30pm then Lagaflex after dinner works really well.
Taurine? A prime active ingredient of Red Bull.
I DID try early meds, later Vodka Red Bull.
