I am a bit behind when it comes to tech stuff, but when did we have to start paying for stuff like excel every fucking year? I literally only use it to keep a finance spreadsheet so they can fuck right off if they want £60 off me every year just for that.

Yeah but you get One drive storage for that…
I was notified my Office subscription would end in October 2019.
Then March 2020 then then then.
Apparently it is now expired.
It still works.
Yes I know I wont get updates & patches but atm I open a word doc about every 4 months.
Plenty of compatible freeware around

Did she not notice the road when she viewed it?

Yes. But she went SEVEN times always early on a Saturday morning & now demands compensation :man_facepalming:

2800 comments already. Obv most call her Karen or worse but so many agreeing with her.
I mean wtf?

Bloody hell - there is direct access onto that road (at least three separate residential closes)- who the hell signed that off

Maybe she should sue the surveyor who did their buyers’ report. I recently got to read the report on the house I’m selling in Blackfield and the buyers’ surveyor noted that there is an oil refinery nearby!

ā€œMrs McCormack and her husband, who is not namedā€

At least her husband has some sense of shame. Poor bloke must be mortified :joy::joy:

Just a guess, but could he be Mr McCormack?

I suspect you’re right, but that Mr McCormack was too embarrassed to become involved in his wife’s shameless and pathetic bleating to the gutter press.

Thing is if I saw ā€œhouse is next to a roadā€ in my surveyors report, I wouldn’t pay it much heed. In fact I would be more perturbed if the report said the house wasn’t near a road

But is he The Mr McCormack l

Turns out I have already got some work spreadsheets on there, last checked 2018

The Semi final being on at 01:30 in the morning and me having to get up for work at 05:30 to get the transport to Keppel shipyard for an induction, meet some people so I can say hello & goodbye to, as Tuesday I get another PCR test and fly to EG on Thursday morning after I have the result.
it’s madness I say madness.
