Iâve had three in my life, and I remember every second of each one. Dreadful things.
The first was driving to New Milton for a job, driving into the sun with a line of trees providing the dreaded epilepsy-trigger effect. Arrived at the customerâs house, immediately threw up on her doormat and then passed out on her sofa. I received no gratuity. 
I suspect I may still get them, but somehow the pain shuts off. Every now and then I get what I suspect are visual migraines.

Thereâs a solution to that.
Had loads as a teenager and until my late 20s. Now I only get them occasionally. I was prescribe diclofenac sodium which did the job. Though felt a bit hungover after taking them.
I used to get migraines a lot when I was younger too, get the occasional one now and again but nothing like when I was younger. Used to wipe me out for daysâŚ
And to my annoyance, the girls playing with buttons on the washing machine made it go into a tumble cycle after it finished washing, now everything is dry but creased to fuck and all needs ironingâŚ
