Up at 4am for an 05:40 pick up from 5* hotel (always good tippers) to airport on Match Day.

I need an Annoyances of the Year thread. Started the year with 4 dogs. Lost one to cancer, then found a tumour in the next oldest, luckily it was benign and removable. Now getting ready to pay the vet the vest part of a Ā£1k tomorrow to remove a tumour found on the next dog, tests on this tumour are so far inconclusive. Not feeling the love

Just about to book tickets for City and Cllour next year at the Palladium. Just about to buy but check diary and see we are already at another gig that night for Lianne La Havas. City and Colour come around ever few years and Lianne also doesnāt seem to do many gigs either. Another time and saves us Ā£90.
Still getting goosebumps when watching Mama Mia. Ffs.
Saw the show 4 times before the movie came out and bowled my eyes out at THAT part every time. In fact 2nd 3rd & 4th times I was gone before THAT part.

Thatās pathetic, phil, have a word with yourself. I managed less than half an hour of the film at the cinema before making my excuses to the wife and going out for a fag break. When she said ābut you donāt smokeā I replied "I can learn, canāt I? " True story, the fag break lasted 45 minutes and three double gin and tonics. I rocked back in half pissed, but the nauseating ending still brought the bile to my throat. Simply horrible, no man should have to endure that. As for actually enjoying the hideous spectacle, words fail me. Mark my words, if there is an omniscient being then you will be judged harshly for this, I suggest you atone without delay.

Iām like that with Star Wars when I went to see it when it was first released. I remember it so well as it was the first time I slept with my wifeā¦about 25 minutes into the movie.
