The infrastructure in this country is shitty as it is and its getting shittier. Over stretched rail networks, antiquated road systems and carbon intense, jammed up city centres all hinder the ability to cope with an increasing population, a need for improved economic growth / productivity and progress to net zero.
So if HS2 doesnāt provide some answers, what does?
