PiS are struggling. Not expected to get enough votes in next years elections despite the opposition being a complete mess.
They are rubbing their hands with glee because the Italians have given them (a right of centre party) ammunition they can use to deflect the locals from the actual "cost of living " crisis etc - ie all the same shit affecting the people.
Various âfiguresâ have welcomed her election publicly.
(Polandâs politics are a basket case but not at the level of you lot yet)
