Novak has apparently lied on his visa application.
He said he hadnât travelled in the 14 days prior to his flight to Aus.
Turns out that he flew from Serbia to Spain to spend NYE there.

I canât believe that work on the M27 still goes on.
Having worked on motorways etc for some years (before the sewage years), I can find no excuse for the length of time taken on this road. After the last lockdown, about 20 men and a few machines kept all the cones etc in place to do the gardening on the verges - they could have have done all that the previous year with virtually no traffic. It was outside in the fresh air for gods sake.
How is it that facts that tell me the prime minister and others in the government lie, cheat, steal, ignore all rules and even their own laws are considered newsworthy?
We know all this, and have known for several years.
We also know Cummins is a nasty little weasel and will continue to spew lies for years yet without realising that no one cares about the stories heâs peddling.

MI5 has warned an agent of the Chinese government has been active in the British Parliament, MPs have heard.
Conservative former leader Sir Iain Duncan Smith, raising a point of order, told the Commons: âI understand that Mr Speaker has been contacted by MI5 and is now warning members of Parliament that there has been an agent of the Chinese government active here in Parliament working with a Member of Parliament, obviously to subvert the processes here.â
The Speakerâs office has confirmed that a warning notice has been issued in relation to the activities of a suspected Chinese agent.
A spokeswoman for the Speakerâs office said: "The Speaker takes the security of Members and the democratic process very seriously, which is why he issued this notice in consultation with the security services.
âThere is no further comment on this matter.â
