We’d all like more trophies Bazzington but players don’t want to hang around with us to get them here, the ‘big 6’ have been hoovering up all the trophies for the last 25 years, some of these younger players have only seen Utd, City etc win trophies and seem to believe that’s the only way you get one, and on the cycle goes. We can’t offer players >150k a week we’d go bankrupt, remember when we almost did? You want to go through that again?

So what are the clubs goals and aspirations?
What is the glue that binds us fans and what totem do we have to rally around?

Jesus, if you get excited over what you know is only ever going to be disappointing then wait until Christmas and your mum and dad sit you down and start to talk about presents and their origin…
Actually I reckon we’ll get a loan signing in who will prove better than our existing back up options. That’s improvement and reason to be excited or at least slightly less miserable (in your case).

Maitland-Niles on the bench for Arsenal but Brandon Williams not in the Man Utd squad.
So we get a player on loan to possibly replace Bertrand?
Meanwhile we’ve no centreback to replace Stephens.

No we get a player on loan to replace Vokins. That player will be able to play a couple of positions I suspect.
I think Bertrand will extend his deal.

We have only won one major trophy since 1976. Why pick on Reed when there are so many apparent failures?
Williams hasn’t been in the league squad for a while. He did play in the cup though so is cup tied.

We finished in the top ten 4 years on the trot when Reed was here. Better than just staying up?
