I’ve just been out campaigning in West Derby. The politically savvy may look at the majority Stephen Twigg pulled last time and ask what the point is.
I think the point is that Labour has neglected too many of its voters in the past and taken too many votes for granted. We will be doing marginals too, but not at the expense of the home crowd.

Although polls haven’t been particularly reliable of late, they’ve never been as far out as they need to be for Corbyn to win. One tonight have the Tories on 50% and another has them gaining 11 seats in Jockvillie. The worrying thing for Pap is the error in polling has been underestimating Tory, Brexit & Trump support, if they’ve done this again, it’s going to be a massacre.
Yeah, but Jeremy Corbyn wants another 4 bank holidays. It’s a vote winner, for sure.

Yesterday, Tories had a 20 point lead. Today Pap went out canvassing. This evening, Tories have a 25 point lead.

I would have assumed that I would need to vote UKIP as they came second here last time but it gave me Labour or Lib Dem. Apparently Lib Dem were second here in 2010. I wasn’t living here then so didn’t know. So yes, perhaps I don’t have half a brain because I found this useful.

Makes me think of this sketch at the moment. I am a fully signed up member of the Labour Party. We have 7 weeks to get out there any try and get elected. I am ready to knock doors, leaflet, telephone people or do other admin. Anything to help out and get going with this.
All I get back is, thank you for registering to help with the campaign. Someone will be in touch soon, and other emails telling me of meetings to discuss the campaign. The meeting is in a couple of weeks… come on, we have 7 very very tough weeks to make a difference, GET ON WITH IT!

Fucking hell what are you a sheep? Why do you need a website to tell you who to vote for. It’s fucking dopey anyway. Put Poole in & it tells you to vote Labour or Lib dumb . It’s not fucking tower hamlets , I only get one vote , so it’s not particularly helpful is it?
