Oh, and can anyone explain to me what this bizarre picture is supposed to represent?
Someone’s trying to show him Reality.
A person linking a tweet on Sotonians in the least efficient way?
Evidence that triviality trumps substance?
I think he is dabbing RBoy. It is what the kids do nowadays and new old labour are getting down with the kids for the snapchat vote.
You say you’re a dyed in the wool liberal but don’t know how to vote. That’s confused don’t you think?
Don’t worry Barry will be along soon to help
But Pap, I am right in thinking this is a genuine account and that, presumably, this picture was endorsed by Corbyn, aren’t I?
In which case, what the hell was he thinking? It is bizarre, is it not?
That was my point though. As I said, I am still unhappy with what happened with Clegg and the coalition and am not yet convinced by Fallon. So I am not sure whether to stick with my political conscience or go for a tactical vote this time.
No. It would have taken you around two minutes to find out.
In which case, what the hell was he thinking? It is bizarre, is it not?
There is no case.
There is something bizarre going on. People I’d had marked down as very smart are fact-checking with the zeal of a bi-polar sloth on a particularly bad and lethargic day.
Ah right, it is a fake account. It was just something that popped up on Facebook.
No, it really isn’t.
It’s just not controlled by Corbyn or Labour, which they state up front. No-one is trying to fake you out here.
Besides, I do more effective memes
I hope you now see my point Saint, less cheap shot more ready of posty.
Barry, which dimension are you posting from at the moment, blud?
I’ll just leave this here…

Can ANYONE explain to me why all these problems - plus others like zero hours contracts, minimum wage rates, new Bank holidays, the NHS, Private Public Partnerships & outsourcing were not resolved, cancelled or whatever while Labour were in power?
Westside, Oakland homey.
Blair and his acolytes were very different politicians to the present Labour leadership. I think even Blair would admit that.
They thought they had to embrace the market economy of Thatcherism to have a chance of getting in, which is why getting rid of Clause IV was such a big deal. They’d have had to start re-nationalising the moment they got in.
No matter which party we’ve had in power, since 1979, they’ve all been neoliberal, all been privatisers and all allowed private industry to start wrapping its tentacles around every part of a once public system, and by extension, our lives.
The short answer to your question is that there was no political will to do it up front, and few political opportunities to do so after Blair said “I will be with you whatever” when he rode pillion on Dubya’s War Chariot (after showing him how to get it started).
Interesting read. Has the left lost relevance? Or is it normal French lunacy?
