We played much better in the second half. Tadic got better but was slow and ponderous earlier. He seemed scared to do things in the first half. Redmond just needs to be dropped for a bit. I thought Shane long actually did well but when you’re relying on Tadic and Redmond to run in and score then it’s pointless. Long, Gabi and either Tadic or Boufal next time as a front three.
Lemina looked good again. He just looks purposeful when he gets the ball. He drives things forward when the others look scared as negative at times.
Some positives in that performance but no goals again in bizarre!

Don’t feel too pissed off even though we lost and failed to score (again).
We bossed the second half and deserved to get something from the game.
Lemina is a cracking player and both he and Hoedt look like damned fine signings to me.
Just need to upgrade Tadic, Redmond and Forster (though he was alright today if you ignore his usual (shit) kicking).
Mourinho getting sent to the stands will no doubt distract the journos from asking why his multi million pound side were battered by little Southampton for the second half and if he thinks it’s acceptable to be parking the bus like a Pulis side.
Oh, and Phil Jones is not only shit, he is an ugly fucking cheating cunt of a man child too.

How can you add on only four minutes when Fellani went down (again) for 90 seconds in the 88th minute?
And how can you then let the ball remain dead for three of those four and add on absolutely nothing??
Odd refereeing display - yellow cards for soft fouls, nothing for deliberate handball or for kicking the ball away in injury time.
