A Sotonian’s wife’s milestone. Pat (Mrs S) has her delayed birthday party on Sunday. Because of Covid, the first time all of our grandchildren will ever have been together, and for the youngest ones, first encounter with their cousins!

Yes, it was the day the Nazis invaded Poland & started WW2.
So Polish TV is full on sombre mode. Except TV Plus who have decided to run the biographical movie Zenek.

YoungAdult#1 presented her summer research project earlier and her time studying for her MSc is done.
She’s worked hard and me and Mrs C_S are sooo proud of her.

I had dinner at The Giggling Suid in Farnham earlier this week. It was decent

I had a Green Curry and Jasmine rice as a main and have to say it was right up there among the best I’ve had in a long time.
Maybe after a Babycham or two?
I had the Royal Fishing Boat Curry with Coconut rice. Just on the limit of spicy for me.
Don’t remember reading that on the menu, but when YoungAdult#2 mispronounced Phucket Muscles I chuckled 
Tomorrow (7th) will be 25 years since Mrs MoT decided this young man would do. Some have asked what happened to him, to which one could suggest I have eaten him. We have been through a load of scary health stuff from Leukaemia to Breast Cancer but some how managed to come through it without me getting kicked out
