We have a cheese problem in our house. Too much of it. It talks to me. Sweetly.

First run of the New Year tomorrow though. It’ll be alright.

…back on the Turbo. Cereal bar, banana and homemade blueberry and raspberry smoothie for breakfast (could so murder double sausage and bacon sandwich… :lou_sad:)

No gym today am afraid, stayed up all night watching Making a Murderer on netflix (still got 4 episodes left) and am well knackered.

Diet ok but the el vino did flow (david brent) last night as well which has contributed to my slumber.

Half way through the first week… will power still OK… but weekend could be a struggle…managed to keep daily average Net Kcal intake to 1700 so far … keep that up for 20 weeks? Going crazy already

Yep, same here. Not enjoying this 1600 calorie shit, and it’s day 4. Feck.

Will be worth it thought Cherts Bro… hang in there! Long way to go to 80kg… manged to be down around 97 in Aug… then … all went for a burton when I worked out of hotels for 8 weeks and then broke my ribs…

Going ok atm. Having my main food at lunchtime and this is helping. Then in the evening having toast.

Never been to bothered about drinking apart from a Friday night, when it s takeaway, wine and tv night with Mrs Sfcsim. We are going to carry on this, as long as we stick to the targets in the week.

Also quite lucky as never been bothered about chocolate, so this does not get in the way for me.

The thing I miss the most is cheese. I love cheese, chips, Chinese and pizza! So the more unhealthy savoury stuff and the oversized meals. When I get Indian food I think I was eating to try and make myself pop. Starter, main dish, rice, onion barge, naan, popadoms, mango chutney. So tomorrow, just rice and a main dish.

Thinking just keep it sensible and do not go nuts is the best way forward!

Gym reopens on Monday after the flood damage, so, cross trainer and rowing machine will be a go go!

Massive brie and ham toasted baguette for dinner tonight. Run in the morning. Possibly.

Go for 1200 cal a day max. Pop in a couple of 800s - 600 is a bugger to hit. Walk and drink water.

Alternatively move somewhere where you can’t speak to anyone and you can’t eat or drink anything that hasn’t been purified. You’ll lose a shitload in 2 weeks. Might be a bit dehydrated though.

I have no idea how many calories I’m consuming each day, but I know it’s less than I had been for the simple reason that I’m not eating any lunch at all. Given that my workday lunches had become a pie and a bag of Fruit Pastilles (yes, I’m more than capable of eating a 170g bag in one go) that’s a sizeable drop.

I’m also doing some aerobic exercise, though nothing scary. Running on the spot for two or three ten-minute spells is about it, but that’s two or three ten-minute runs on the spot that I wasn’t doing before.

I got my weight wrong on the original thingy - it was actually 85.5 kg; I’m now at 84kg. I won’t get excited about weight in the short term, as it fluctuates in any individual; if I’ve shed a couple more kg by the end of the month I’ll feel very pleased.

Can anyone else take The Flyd Owl’s place at the 5-a-side on Tuesday?

Well I weighed myself yesterday and apparently my starting point is 12st 4lbs, so not as bad as I thought. Feel better already (less bloated for one) just for being more conscious of what I’m putting away. Also more alert/energetic for the exercise. *thumbs up*

I’m just used to being the higher end of 11st and will feel better in myself when I get back there. Though that’ll mostly just be a by-product of getting fit again.

Actually my arse is nearly 12st.

I am taking a Fat Fucker club sabbatical next Friday as I am going skiing. I am going to need sufficient quantities of red wine to help cut through the cheese fondues.
