I am sat at 13.5 but gaining muscle, rowing 5000 meters 3 X a week and cycling again 2 X a week.
Today I rowed a personal best of 5000 meters in 23 minutes and 53 seconds. That is the first time I have been under 24 minutes. 3 weeks ago I was 25 minutes, 20 seconds pretty much for the whole week.
My aim is now 13.5 stone by the cycle to the sunset Carlisle to Edinburgh. June 18th.
Well that was the shittiest time I have ever had on a bike. The headwind from nomansland to boldewood was just ridiculous. At one point I was doing less than 10mph downhill, even fucking gravity would get me down faster in normal conditions.
OK chubsters, itâs the first of the month. I can report that my average weight over the current week stands at 77.5kg, so I havenât lost a great deal over the past month. This suggests that Iâve hist something of a plateau, as Iâm eating enough to keep my reduced size pretty much where it is. However, as Iâd still like to shed some more weight Iâll carry on and increase my efforts.
