🐷 Papsweb FAT Club - Monthly weigh in

83kg.

OK, so I have now bought a proper set of scales; these told me this morning that I weigh 81.4kg. I’m not going to get over-excited about this, as it’s entirely possible that the Wii Fit board I used before was pretty inaccurate. Also, I had previously weighed myself in the evening, when I think people are heavier. But I’ll stick to weekly morning weigh-ins now, and with the same scales the changes will be accurate.

Phew. I don’t think I could have stood the ignominy of a second consecutive Cock of Shame.

To suffer the Cock of Shame once is unfortunate, to embrace it a second time suggests you enjoyed the first go.

We are certainly not a bunch of fat bastards - we just have big bones and slow metabolisms etc.

And some of us are just a bit short for our weight.

NO I am a fat bastard… but I can cycle up the Col Du Tourmalet… albeit it very slowly

See, now this is one of the points - I am up there as one of the heaviest on the site, but because I don’t know what the other members heights are, I don’t know if I am actually the fattest looking, or people are just heavy because they’re tall.

To give you a clue… For my height I should be about 75-76kg… :lou_sad: My aim is to get back to 80-85… I just like wine/beer and some shit like crisps etc… and it seems tougher monitoring cals and being sensible on food tahn it was giving up smoking after 20 years…

Yeah, totally. Or just a larger than average sized tackle. No one ever takes that into account.

It’s a good point, Shirty.

I’m north of 100KG and 7’2".

Actually, I’m about 6’1" and ā€˜stocky’*.

So my 95kg-ish target is about where I’d like to be to feel healthy - not necessarily what a doctor would like me to be.

*Or some other euphemism that fat people use.

As I’ve said all along. I will check-in monthly.

So I think that means next Monday I’ll tell you how much I’ve put on.

I’m exercising enough, and feel hungry enough to have lost weight. Also feel slightly trimmer, but who knows?

Don’t forget the bewbs, Lou!

Mine weigh at least a stone each. I’d be a perfectly healthy weight if it wasn’t for them.

Bletch doesn’t need to lose weight, I thought he was a Karen Carpenter tribute act when I first saw him, he looks like a cross between George Clooney and Tom Cruise.

Or to be more precise, how George might look if he’s just eaten Tom - with chips…and some more chips.

And The RaleighBoy is actually the ideal weight…

…for a 3 bedroom, semi-detached bungalow.

…with a carport…

…and solar panels…

…and 17 stone Santa stuck in the chimney.

Good try Bletch but…how can I put this kindly

…in any language you is fat. A target of 15 stone for 6’ 1" is not a target…it’s a barn door.

I’m 6’ 1" and 2 stone lighter…I’m big boned.
