Birthday treats today. Probably going to have a late-lunch beer and then a meal out tonight with a few more.
Realistically being ill all week has been more detrimental anyway. Health/fitness slightly up and weight stable. Thatāll do for now.

Sorry, but you communicated a starting weight of 84kg⦠or at least that is what Papsweb Fat club recorded for you as baseline⦠and papsweb decsions are final ⦠even when they are incorrect⦠Life can be that unfair. Either way you gained most /lost least so no hiding from the Cock of Shame
FOWLLYD CASE RESOLVED
In the interests of spreading the Papsweb Fat Club ChubSTAR love⦠the governers and administrators of Papsweb Fat Club appear to have considered the compliant made by Fowllyd with respect to his assertion that his baseline weight was 85kg and not 84 kg as used in the week 2 league table.
COCK
The board alude to considerable hours spent researching the truth and deliberating, before issuing the following statement late last night:
āā The Papsweb Fat Club Administrators wish to respond to the foul and shameful accusations made by Fowllyd following his recent receipt of the weekly Cock of Shame for the weekā worst loser. Mr Fowllyd appeared to reject the award with a foul mouthed rant which included such slanderous comments as āāHang-on, thatās a bit harshāā - language which shocked the administrators to the core.
But worse still he suggested that his his initial weight was 85kg when in his registration post he clearly suggests it was a mere lightweight 84kg, causing and episode of monumental confusion for the Papsweb Fat Club administrators.
However, given that Papsweb Fat Club is a fair and ethical cult based weight loss and conditioning insititution, we feel duty bound to consider a revision to weekly league table and to correct Fowllydās error on his behalf and to avoid a protracted legal case - which would only end in the tragic loss of reputation and financial solubility for the poster known as Mr Fowllyd.
Mr Fowllyd does however retain the week 2 Cock of Shame for his 0.5kg increase.
Papsweb Fat Club now considers this matter closed - no further communications will be made on the issue. (unless pressed to do so)

The dangers of the weekend are rapidly approaching chubSTAR dudes. Those sinful temptations of over indulgence, beckoning you to partake in their naughtiness.
Resist! Dear boys. No one wants the Cock of Shame come Monday morning. Fowllyd has already been victim of this crass yet deserved award⦠Leaving unhealable scars, tears and broken dreams.
The excitement is already mounting in Sotoniam Towers. Will SFCsim continue his storming run towards SFCslim ā¦(see what I did there? ) Will Rally2bellysboy challenge for top spot? Can GA continue after a week of hotel meals and beer or will the Cock of shame come home to roost?
Will we see a return to the fold of Ex Trader, Soggy, Cherts and Bletch as they all attempt to climb out of the relegation zone?
Does anyone care?
Tune in Monday folks for the next thrilling update
Donāt worry fellow chubbers and those looking to put weight on (bastards). I this week have come off the rails big time. Pile of chilli on Tuesday and a greasy Chinese yesterday. Also had some Swiss roll yesterday. Back on track today, but a bad 2 days for sure.
My chocolate mountain is now a mere foothill.
Another 5k done today. Gradually made it up to 15k per week at approx 6 mins per km. Need to get that down to around 5.40 for race day. Will keep steadily increasing distance. Another run on Sunday. Still hurts.
I have eaten and drank so much this week, Iām going to have to use a weigh bridge on Monday
I am not hopful of avoiding the Cock of Shame eitherā¦
Right, Vic Mackey and I have just done our first ever yoga session.
Fuck me it was tough.
Despite being a member of fat club, I consider(ed) myself quite fit and flexible. Shit, has that notion been disabused.
Off for a 10+ mile walk in the forest now with one of the old blokes from the Old Blokesā Kick-about sessions. (+ a few beers en route).
Not sure if my hamstrings or quads will be in any state to kick a ball on Tuesday!
Short 40k this morning as needed to get back by 1pm⦠and we had 4 punctures in the groupā¦
Longer 80km club ride tomorrow so plenty of cals being burned ⦠trouble is plenty being consumed
Would have been easier had Saints kept losing - in true jesus miracle bollocks, my thimbles of ale have turned into pints⦠i am staring at the Cock of Shame and it scares me senseless as I know where itās been
This week Iāve mainly been eating my own weight in chocolate!
6km done. I fucking hate Burgess Road.
5 pints of Hobgoblin is not a good warm up.
Indeed Goaty, yet nos 3,4 and 5 always seem like a good idea at the time - 1000Kcal mind⦠Just did 80k on the bke ins sodding rain - 1800Kcal burned⦠so extra Roast Potato tonight
Once again travelling tomorrow am so please poste weigh-in results and I will update the league table Monday PMā¦
Early weigh in for me ⦠103.6kgā¦0.1kg down on last week⦠which is shit but expected and keeps me on the 1kg per week target - 3kg in 3 weeks - might be enough to avoid teh cock of shame, but all depends on what the rest of you chubstars have done.
Another half kilo lost, so down to 79.0. Ate sensibly and exercised 6/7 days (and yes, I do count golf as exerciseā¦) but this seems way too much effort and itās only a matter of time before I fall off the wagon.
Iāll get my excuses in early and it could be this coming week, as Tuesday is Australia Day (meaning everyone eats way too many shrimps and snags off the barbie) and consumes at least a carton of Fosters (OK, I made that last bit up - nobody drinks that shit!), plus itās our golf club annual dinner on Friday night so thatās 2 days this week in which I will be running at a surplus in the calorie store.
Apologies for lack of weigh in last week, been rather busy. 102.2kg this week.
After a week of eating like a trencherman and drinking like Oliver Reed, I hereby claim the cock of shame.
93 kgs for me
90.75kg - mainly due to a shave and a severe haircut.
I think Iāve hit a wall.
Itās made of chocolate.
