🐷 Papsweb FAT Club - Monthly weigh in

So I had a pretty beery night yesterday with colleagues from work. BAD.

However, as they all piled into the kebab shop afterwards, I waited outside. GOOD. I was very proud of myself.

Incidentally, while outside I ran into Barry the landlord from The Old Farmhouse. Don’t know what he was doing in Eastleigh. Also stepped in between two blokes who were posturing to have a fight. Turns out they were step-brothers and ā€œthey always do it when they’re drunkā€. I am Bletch Kissinger. TWAT.

I’ve managed to stay off the bread all week and feel that it is making me feel much less bloated. GOOD. But had toast for breakfast this morning and it tasted good. BAD.

Played footy on Monday, I’ve done 3 sessions of weights and situps GOOD and will do another today as well as a HiiT row. GOOD.

All in all, I’m pleased with my progress. Will weigh-in in a couple of weeks.

Not had a great week as away with work and Hotel eating… but another 1250 Kcals burned on bike today and will repeat tomorrow, which means I will indulge in glass or two this evening :lou_smiley: but it was -5 out there so testicles shrivelled like a pickled walnut

Sat next to a chumpster who was stuffing a pie down today, and he was eating it off an old bread board.

Ah the old salmonella bread board trick Does he realise he’ll be spraying that out of a pursed sphinctre within hours. BTW a close relationship with poor hygene is a good way to lose several pounds in short order. Having said that it’s only for the desperate.

You all need the tape worm diet works everytime and easy to control with a couple of chocolate flavoured drinks to kill the worm when you are the desired weight.

Sadly having your arse spray like pressure washer does not lead to permenent weight loss…

Have had to update early as off at 550am to Amsterdam - please post your results and I will update the OP on Monday evening

Hope its been a good week fellow chubsters - Mediochre for me, ony 0.7kg loss, but heading in right direction - nearly 3kg in 2 weeks so happy with that.

I have a bad feeling about the weigh-in tomorrow - mainly cos I fell off the chocolate wagon this weekend…

Will post weight tomorrow evening. Not at all sure how it will look; played five-a-side last week, but other than trotting (or staggering, given the state of my legs) up and down stairs (in a five-storey Georgian house where Handel and Hendrix used to live) and tube station escalators on Thursday I haven’t done much since. I’ve eaten and drunk well over the weekend, but then I do have an excuse. :lou_smiley:

So, we’ll see tomorrow.

Fuck me, go out looking like that once too often and you’ll fall foul of a drone strike.

Well my portly pals, on Friday I was 91 kgs, a loss of 1 kg since Monday. Since then I have got on the wrong side of a booze fuelled alpine diet. There is no way that the calories out is going to beat the calories in.

Just discovered genepi. There’s another 400 calories a day I don’t need.

Spot on. What a fuckwit. Mine are bright green to match the bike, obvious.

Think I’ve actually out on a pound or two this week, but have done a lot of exercise and am feeling fitter/more energetic. There’ll be less treats once ā€˜birthday week’ is over anyway.

I went from my original 95kg to 92kg last week,

today I’m 91kg but it has been a bit tougher.

was 15.7 stone last week

now 15.5

i do expect a big drop next week, but knew it would be tough after the large drop last week.

My fellow chubsters, let us remember that it isn’t just about weight, it’s about your own personal fitness and wellbeing.

I’ve only lost a kilo on week 2 but I’m feeling fitter and and I’m eating healthier.

I have added another 1kg, so I am continuing to progress with my target gain, while still keeping healthy. A short but vigourous blast on the MTB around a trail near Ringwood last week, with some daily crunches, plank, etc at the family house in between the two home games. Interview preparations this week but will get back on the bike at the weekend.

79.5kg

A small loss for a lot of effort. The christmas pud has all gone, so no excuses. Managed some form of exercise every day, and ate properly for 95% of the time. Oh well… its a step in the right direction I guess.
