🐷 Papsweb FAT Club - Monthly weigh in

I will have to consult the papsweb Fat Club rules on this … one moment please

Right, rule 37.4, clause 8. If a Papsweb Chubster fails to post the weekly weight on time (by 5pm on Mondays) they shall be chastised

(unfortunately, there is no further comment in the rules as to what form this punishment should take - I will leave it up to the memebers of fat Club to decide)

Ah, well I only said I’d shift this week’s gym routine so that’s a bit of a non sequitur.

In any case I didn’t get my weigh-in across on time last week, so am mostly just along for the ride.

Ah… the advantage of being under 40… when massive burgers dont even touch the sides and pass through the stomach, intestine and rectum without penalty. We may need to award you mere associate membership status of Fat Club if you cant post a starting weight… I will need to make up some more rules to accommodate this. Remember , Dont talk about fat Club

Good man, any form of exercise will win you GA hugs and kisses.

Jesus you either had a tonne of carbs storing water weight or chopped off your knob.

Great effort losing that much.

Saturday morning I was 83kg today I’m 84kg so no change over the week.

Unfortunately I would not lose that much chopping off my knob, so will have to go carbs!

5K after work this evening.

It just feels wrong when there is nobody chasing me or no pie and pint at the end of it. :lou_sad:

94.8. Not sure if that is the same or slightly above last week but we have been polishing off the last of the xmas chocolate and I did have a large plate of food at lunchtime. My other excuse is that our heating has been off since Christmas and I need comfort food to help me ward off the cold!

Call for weights form Fowllyd, Coxy, Bletchy and Convict - give su your numbers fine papsweb Chubsters

As I believe I already said ,I don’t plan to weigh myself weekly. I find it demoralising, plus Eddie Stobart has block-booked the local weighbridge.

Yeah, and I’m a pass for weekly weighins too. My weight (maybe it’s typical female) fluctuates a fair bit between 59-57kg without me doing anything to be honest. So a bit pointless celebrating the numbers because they’re meaningless. I have no goals beyond being merry!

Better late than never - I shall take my punishment like a man (so that means whining incessantly about how horrible and unjust it is).

I’ve shed 1.5kg over the week - I was a shade over 85kg at the start of it, I’m now a shade over 83.5kg. Happy with that; will keep it up and increase the amount of exercise I do.

I don’t think my beer gut’s turned to muscle Lou, but thanks for the encouragement.

I may have missed one or two of my daily walks - 3 mile walks are not very enjoyable in January when it’s pissing with rain.

GA - got no problem with thread title changes but please consider them carefully.

Sotonians Towers has had two rather disturbing phone calls tonight, one group asking for SFC jism (they added the extra ā€œjā€ in masturbatory excitement - don’t judge - we’ve all been there) and another thinking Sotonians was offering a new breed of ā€œSuper Fascismā€ (they were even more excited and added even more letters, and even sent me a logo).

Neither of this scenarios would have occured if the ā€œSimā€ suffix had been properly observed. Pls take note.

Fixed - apologies all round for my poor spelping - must be all the ā€˜ruffling’ of my feathers on other threads - so SFCsim, I have corrected the shameful mispelling (unintentional I assure you…which you may have guessed by my consistent level of typos ) and to pap for having to cope with fascist jis at this or any time of night. … best get back to work

Think I overdid it in the gym last week. Well aware of the part DOMS can play but my right calf is still tight after 3 days. Normally raring to go again after a day’s rest.

Still, got the kick about tonight and a gig afterwards so that should make up for it.

So no point being the club then… close the door on the way out. We have an early faller!

Oh and here is a picture. I have found over the years the 2 week tend to balance out, so would expect to be the same or slightly more next week.

I also find that the weight can be the same for a couple of weeks, then a sudden drop and in other cases goes up the first couple of weeks, then has a sudden drop. As others have said, do not lose heart as it is only just over a week, even though it seems like a couple months at least!

Sorry about the hairy toe!
