🐷 Papsweb FAT Club - Monthly weigh in

102.7 kg for me. Starting weight was actually 105.4 kg but as converting from stone and pounds I didn’t work it out correctly (I was doing it in my head mind). Weighing in kilos now.

Yeah Yeah - you’ve been at the pies on the sly. :lou_wink:

Last Monday I was 103kg (16 Stone)

This morning - 99.6 (15 stone 7)

This will make this week a big big challenge.

Nice, well done!

Good stuff but note of caution sir… that is a lot to lose in a week… slow, steady and permanent is the papsweb Fat Club rule #5

I’ve gone from 95kg to 92kg.

Really pleased with that, probably lower than I have been for a year.

The next couple of kg will be more difficult but now I’m under the guidance of the forum’s official Fat Club I reckon it can be done.

80Kg last week and the same today. Most disappointing but not surprised as although I achieved my physical goals, there was leftover Christmas pud and brandy custard. Quite a lot of it.

At least I didn’t put any on

this week will be better. Only a small bit of Christmas pud left now. I like Christmas pud

You make a good point, I still have the whole Christmas chocolate problem to deal with.

I’m looking to do it gradually once i get back on an even keel.

I have had my haircut and taken a massive shit.

Happy days :lou_lol:

Given how full of it you are Goaty, not going to make that much difference :lou_lol:

It is strange as I had an Indian on Friday, fish and chips on Sat and a roast on Sunday. But all I have done is what I have done the last 4 years Monday - Friday evening eating toast, soups or jackets with veg and then the weekend just having smaller portions. For example fish and chips would have been Large fish, large chips and a battered sausage. Now small chips and a pie. Also at lunch time I would have had 2 rounds of cheese and ham sandwiches, crisps and some sweets. But I had some buttered toast.

Just stopping being a pig when I do not need to eat until bursting point!

Today’s lunch left over roast beef made into a Moroccan dish on a jacket, with the left over veg from yesterday.

I had an Asda Extra Special 6 months matured Christmas pudding yesterday ALL TO MYSELF, and I used half a carton of Brandy Custard on it!!

And then last night I pigged out on a whole box of Wine Gums, I am still the same weight as I was last week…

Muscle is heavier than fat?

Dont be dispirited though Trader - we all lose weight at different rates. What you’re doing is great for your body regardless of actual weight. And if it doesn’t shift over a period of time, consider minor adjustments like reducing portions of pasta/bread/potato. More sauce less pasta!

But you probably know all this stuff.

My lovely lady took me out for a pre-birthday treat last night (Circus of Horrors) and we got Chinese on the way home. No guilt though really as my calorie intake was minuscule across the rest of the day and Saturday was a lot of running/walking.

Didn’t make it to the gym this morning as my calves are tight as anything. Shifting this week by one day for the extra recovery i.e. Tues/Thurs/Sat.

Was quite happy with a 2.2kg loss - although given that our body weights naturally fluctuate by +/- 1.5 Kg its too early to say whether this a true weightloss - next few weeks will determine that as will the tightness of trousers (the wearing kind, not whether the famous poster has a relaxed sphincter or not)

I will have to consult the papsweb Fat Club rules on this … one moment please

Right, rule 37.4, clause 8. If a Papsweb Chubster fails to post the weekly weight on time (by 5pm on Mondays) they shall be chastised

(unfortunately, there is no further comment in the rules as to what form this punishment should take - I will leave it up to the memebers of fat Club to decide)

I think it will involve some very lascivious commentary by the Caprine one, followed by said commentary being pout into practise!

My weight gain target is about 14 kg. After one week, I have 13kg still to add. Small beginnings, but its the right direction. Now, where did I leave my hot chocolate and iced buns? :lou_lol:
