Went to a party Friday, had 3 beers (albeit two were very strong). Went to London yesterday, had a can and three half-pints. More than enough booze to satiate me but without any hangovers or destroying the work I’ve put in this week. Squeezed in a run yesterday morning and about 17,000 steps across the day. I think moderation is going to work better for me than abstinence.

Big weigh in tomorrow gentlemen. Reminder to PM me or post up your new weight … loss… or gain :lou_surprised:

About to eat Roast Duck (in paprika, salt, garlic, celery, oranges), Roast spuds, several veg, thick gravy. Avoiding beers but will be downing some on Weds and Sat at Sfc matches. Will post weight gain as a % of overall target tomorrow!

Err, just ordered chinese takeaway with chips. Oops. To be fair, I have a bad cold, so in need of energy.

After a weekend of having no appetite so not eating much, I’m looking pretty damn trim, I gotta say. Shame I’m about to blow it, in about 15 mins. :lou_sad:

Today.

Roast beef 2 slices

roast potatoes X 2

but bulked out the meal with veg. Sprouts, carrots, swede, sweetcorn, and broccoli. So all in not to bad. Did not get up until 11, so skipped breakfast and lunch and had the roast a bit earlier at 4.

I will be soooo pissed off if my weight is the same or more!

I think it would be better if you two never meet.

Right then 92 kgs today. Need to shift a couple more pounds to get back to the pre festive weight.
