Have you seen the first 2 Fargo seasons? Itās quite brilliant TV. Noah Hawley, the showrunner/writer has created this fictional world based, with the approval of the Coens. Itās pretty reverential. each season has a different theme though itās connected. āThis story isnāt trueā

3 separate stories but think there were a few little overlaps.
I didnāt really engage in the 2nd series but enjoyed the 1st and 3rd more.
Just started to watch Hard Sun. The premise is that the world is going to end in 5 years. Someone hacked into NASA and the info is out there but the authorities are stopping at nothing to keep the lid on it for fear of anarchy. Throw in the sub plot of a dodgy copper who is flitting between two families and off you go. Throws up a number of philosophical questions and is a good un for the conspiracy theorists.
Altered Carbon looks promising.
Dystopian future with an echo of Dredd/Blade runner
Some terrorist /Freedom fighter gets killed then brought back to solve a murder.
Sinus infection stopped me watching all the first episode but looks proper sci-fi flying cars and stuff.

I think season should be the collective term for a grouping of episodes, and series should be the collective term for the seasons.
I.e. you could say, āHave you seen the new season of Naked Attraction?ā and I would reply, āYes, Iāve seen the whole series.ā

Itās hit and miss tbh. What I like to do is not blow my wad until itās the bloke turn to pick, cos then you have like 5 different birds to chose from, rather than just one.
