Saw The Post this afternoon. A timely reminder what newspaper publishing should be all about. Piles even more shame on the likes of The Sun and The Mail. Nice sub plot about the empowerment of women too.

I watched Bridge of Spies the other day. Wonderful film, with some excellent performances from Tom Hanks and Mark Rylance. Didnāt have a lot of time for Gary Powers.

The area of West Quay where the Showcase cinema is located is well worth a visit. Despite the miserable weather it was packed this evening. There are a few new art installations and projections onto the old walls at the moment.

Just watched Flatliners, the 2017 incarnation, quite enjoyed it, much better than the original not that thatās saying a lot.

Oh, I watched Baywatch last night, 2 hours of my life I wonāt get back.
Itās really not good. It was an unused script and bad robot (jj abrams company bought it) tacked on the Cloverfield thing and sold it to Neflix
