More legal fees. More cost on future critical meds

Fucking expensive face save

EU are giving the billy big bollocks to show their members that they are robust, in control and effective. Any criticism now can be meant with ā€œwe are suing the cunts, what else can we doā€

This case will take years, so by the time they get round to losing it, the world and VdL would have moved on

Had my second vaccination this morning.
The NHS were, as always, friendly, polite, efficient, and incredibly well organised.
So pleased Boris was not able to get involved with the actual vaccine roll out, and interfere and fuck everything up.

In two weeks I will have the maximum immunity from COVID 19 provided by the Astra Zeneca vaccine, whatever that might be, and then, having sat through these lockdowns and all the trials and tribulations, will probably then get knocked over by a bus.

The EU are idiots, and whatever my thoughts were at the time of the referendum, I am now so glad we are not part of the EU any more.
The combination of Boris and the EU providing no vaccine to roll out is a horrifying thought.

As long as it’s not the Brexit bus?

Finally!
We can see the headlight of an onrushing train in the tunnel!
1st time the locals have published a Roadmap and obv so many ā€œpossibleā€ things can go wrong, but does look that mid June when we have a ā€œfully jabbed driverā€ we can start welcoming tourists back & I can do some much needed work other than updating our FB page

If you don’t want to read the link it basically says RESTAURANTS can reopen for outdoor dining from 15th May!
Hotels are already completely booked up from next week for most of May by locals rushing off on staycations!

Yep Lady Slowlane and I had ours last Saturday. Been dodging traffic ever since. :lou_lol:

On first read, I was bit shocked… thankfully it was a mis-read

Haha…corrected the typo which should hopefully give us at least another week. :lou_wink:

EU lawyers are in court demanding that AZ immediately dispatch all vaccine from the UK to make up the short fall in their order

This is a smart move - if they can get the Belgium court to go for it, then the only way that AZ cannot comply is the UK slapping a export ban, which then gives the EU the moral high ground

Laurence of New Delhi hospital.

It’s not an epic.

He’d only be liable to get hit by that bus. We’d just never send him there.

Just what sort of idiot thought that announcing pop up no reservation J&J jabs in Krakow this bank holiday weekend would be a good thing?
They started queuing at 3am!

Well they even queue better than the Brits…no punch-ups with queue-jumpers.

Remarkable what happens when the population have an educashun innit.

Tbh we have covidiots. I old guy went to Jasne Gorna the #1 shrine/pilgrimage destination - refused to wear a mask.
Got asked to leave said feck off so got jailed for 3 years & £1000 fine this week
So that stuff works quite well

Hmm…buttering us up for continued restrictions?

I’m not convinced we’ll be back to ā€œnormalā€ by June anyway tbh.

However, we may be allowed to go there but are they going to let us in??

On the EU side, the European Commission is proposing to allow entry ā€œfor non-essential reasons not only for all persons coming from countries with a good epidemiological situation, but also all people who have received the last recommended dose of an EU-authorised vaccineā€.

It did not say which countries would be permitted, but one unnamed official said the UK remained a ā€œquestion markā€.
