This is from Peter Horby who has also been critical of the decision without a fully functioning and up-to-speed testing and tracing system. Oh, and he sits of SAGE too.
This from Professor Calum Semple interviewed on Radio 5. Saying infection rates are still too high and it was a political decision to tie into when schools were due to start if the virus had declined.

EDIT: Should have said that there are loads of highly credible scientists not on SAGE saying the same or similar things.
