Despite the efforts of some to try and make it so this whole saga has absolutely nothing to do with party politics, left or right, leave or remain. It has gone far beyond that. It is about a government that has completely lost control of the situation, displaying breathtaking arrogance and complete disdain for the people of this country. Their sense of entitlement, coupled with the total contempt people like Johnson and Cummings openly display to ordinary people will be their undoing. They have got away with it so far, but now sooner, rather than later they are going to run out of road.
Thank God for John Crace in these crazy times.
