When the dust settles and the maths is done and we examine the choices made, Cull is what they will likely be accused of.

They were old and they would have died anyway - don’t blame the sweet and tender hooligans.

They must have realised that this (literally) had meme written all over it…

Good Morning Britain interviews from the past couple of days.

That Hancock interview is a thing of beauty.

Fair play Morgan.

I don’t even know where to start with this image. Not much point in photoshopping anything really.

If you are developing a grudging man crush, you are not alone.

The way he framed the Madrid game was excellent.

I wouldn’t mind another 3 weeks if I could just walk into a supermarket and buy things. I’ve been out in the car wash day since Tuesday to do a big shop and turned back each time having seen the massive fucking queues at every shop I pass. Why had this started happening? It wasn’t like this before. I’ve even gone twice in a day. Have been buying little bits and pieces from small local shops but they don’t have everything and I don’t want to go shopping every day.

Sort it out, Handcock!

The queues seem to move pretty quickly and there are less cunts in the shop to get on your tits. I like to take a spritzing spray with me and douse myself liberally before entering so it looks like I have a fever, then sniff all the fresh loaves and fondle fruit.

The queues are a result of the supermarkets trying to adhere to social distancing to protect both customers and staff. Only a set number of shoppers are allowed in the stores at any one time to allow social distancing to be observed. This has naturally led to queues. Most times I have queued they have move fairly quickly

My friend wrote her dissertation on whether care homes for elderly is best for them etc. Think conclusion was they’d much prefer to stay home with support.
Likely costs more so having em in a home is more cost effective.
Many moons ago on my travels I heard that people who go into care homes here maybe live a year and a bit. In Cuba it was more like 10 years plus. I’ve been into bother care homes in UK and Cuba. Cuba didn’t have a lot, the weather probably helps apart from a massive hurricane, they were fairly active, played games, made stuff for kids. UK it’s comfy and theres a TV etc but very little stimulation.

Added - as someone who has had to process referrals with 10 plus kids I am not encouraging that. 2 max 3 please. Otherwise it’s a bit of a pain.

So what you and @Goatboy are saying is that if I want to do a big shop, I’m going to have to join a queue. I hate that. I don’t want to stand in a queue in a car park clutching a few bags and waiting for bread like someone from Yugoslavia.

At least it’s not raining. I’ll join a queue tomorrow. It’ll probably rain tomorrow.

How did the Simpsons manage to fortell EVERY bloody thing that has happened since forever?

Is that his downstairs toilet?

Yep my wife and I locked-down a week before…I went to pub quiz night at the beginning of the week against my better judgement and felt very uneasy. My fellow quizzers said it was overblown and were quite happy. Fortunately footie was cancelled that week but Horse Racing and Euro Football continued…fuckin criminal.

Plenty of dispute posted on that thread.

Yes, but then my comparison is to here. UK’s 1st Death contracted it in Krakow on a short break (terrifying for us in Tour Business back then) so we went into voluntary lockdown on 7th March due to high risk family members (also last day I earned any money)
Country locked down 14th March with increasing steps.

We relax some of those on Monday.

Yes we have far more Rural citizens, yes we have smaller population (8 million within 100km of Krakow Centre) 1.7 mil in Warsaw. But we acted and we are now able to go normal(ish) shopping on Monday
