To play devils advocate on the slag stuff earlier, I think the point is not how many sexual partners someone has, it is how some (due to lack of much else to offer) using sex as either a weapon for attention or to raise their social status. This isnāt just free love on the free love freeway, this is perhaps the kind of thing Cherts may be talking about.
Not necessarily linked to this case in anyway, more the person trying to get a bit of attention by shagging different members of the group cherts was talking about. It could be they just fancied different people at different times but it could also be they wanted people talking/fighting over them so they were centre of attention. In some peopleās idealistic world this kind of thing does not happen but in the real world it does.

He is but 7 women and 5 men heard all the evidence and deceided he was not a rapist.They know and heard a lot more than any of us have reading social media or newspapers and it should be respected. This is what we were all informed in no uncertain terms after the original trial.
Not sure who is acting triumphant? It is a lot less clear than after the first trial.

I have no idea about the Evans case - but one thing I do know for sure- it should NEVER matter what someones previous sexual behaviour has been as to whether its alright for someone to just show up and shag them without express consent. whether she is a nun or prostitute its totally fucking irrelevent to the situation.

By bringing up sexual history, they have allowed a dangerous precendent. In effect allowing the jury tot use their āmoralā POV in judging as opposed to making a decision that is purely down to rule of law.
I find it quite distateful and frankly a bit sickening that the word āslagā has even been used on this thread. Shameful guys, fucking shameful.

The simple fact is that previous sexual behaviour is admissible in court in exceptional circumstances. The judge would have deemed it so on this occasion & then left it to his peers to judge him . It is not turning the clock back to the 1970ās or other such nonsense . In the 1970ās this bird would have just been told to clean herself up and learn a lesson . Some men are twats but that doesnāt make them rapists and just because a high profile defendant is innocent doesnāt turn the clock back 30 years or other such pony

I also personally wouldnāt want to be with someone that has been with that many people, mainly because I think theyād be more likely to cheat.
