This article from a few days ago says we’re fine to the end of 2020 regardless but after that may depend on the deal made. The government has apparently introduced limited to how much you can be charged unless you actively agree to more. It also says that many phone companies are saying that “at present” they have no plans to reintroduce roaming charges anyway.

Not a lot. My mobile phone is usually not touched unless I am driving a fair distance. Then I take it so I can call someone if I break down. Otherwise I manage just fine actually talking to people

The EU Parliament approves the Brexit Withdrawal.
Doesn’t mean we have a deal yet. I suspect they’ll try to fuck us about over the next year and we could still end up leaving with no deal, especially if, as reported, fishing is a red line.
