I thought he gave a very succinct description of Parliament’s activities over the past couple of years. It’s a minority government.
The idiots creating shit-law can moan about the constitutional breaches all they like, but constitutionally, minority governments are resolved with a general election.
The sort of folk the Attorney General is referring to don’t want an election. They’re hypocrites of the highest order, and arguably abusing the unique characteristics of this Parliament, as constituted, much more than the prorogation case did.
But you agreeing with a tory isn’t a sign of how fucked up things are, it’s entirely predictable. Methinks you doth protest too much.

Just joshing. Left wing leavers are saying much the same thing. I will say this; Labour doesn’t have a sniff of the next election with rabid pro-EU folk on their front bench.
Most constituencies that vote Labour voted Leave. Most of Labour’s target seats voted Leave. The party is not going to be trusted on the issue.
The election is going to be very unpredictable.
I like to think I buck that trend.

A succinct discription of parliament’s activities? He stood up there and lied his arse off. ‘the government acted in good faith’? The prime minister has never acted in good faith in his life. He lies for a living. Totally corrupt, look at goatboy’s links on the other thread. These are the people you are getting into bed with, no amount of cherry picking the bits you like changes that. And if you still believe that Johnson, Rees mogg and co will deliver a brexit in your interests I have a bridge for sale.
Not getting into bed with anybody, least of all these cunts. These cunts do have a use, though. Their greatest use will be getting us out with no deal. Perhaps then, this political paralysis can end and Parliament can start sensibly legislating again.
