đŸ€Ș 2019 General Election Discussion :gov:

I thought postal votes were mixed in with the rest before counting and they only tallied the amounts to check numbers correspond with those registered(not supposed to look at choice).
Either way Peter Lilley’s company shouldn’t be trusted an inch with something as important as this.
Watch marginals closely. Johnson’s particularly.

LK said that she has been told be both sides

So who is wrong here, those who told her, her for broadcasting what she has been told, both or neither because it’s not as clear cut

Or she’s lying again?

Surely you are not suggesting ballot stuffing?

Yes, exactly that.

Why lie about something When the lie itself could land you in deep shit.

What page is that on your A-Z of conspiracy theories?

She’s not the brightest?

Maybe - I would say more likely she got carried away on live tv and engaged gob before brain

This SEEMS to be the meat of the matter

Out of interest of the postal vote - is their record of the voting split in previous elections

Apparently the original has been taken down.

I understand your concern, but I do think we need to be careful because there is a BIG difference between ‘anyone who voted Brexit is a thick racist’ which is what was slung back the moment the r word was mentioned,
and the the FACT those who are racist, even ‘casually’ or dont believe they are, will mostly have voted Brexit. The former being an insulting generalisation does not make the latter any less true

I think what is more challenging in the this GE, is that whilst previously, many did not agree with Conservative values or politics, they were at least clear and could be respected as a political POV
But what has happened with the rather extreme lurch to the right under Boris (an internal Tory Coup that has its origins with the Euro Sceptics who felt the EU was too restrictive on ether their business practices or unethical practices (Mr Murdoch being particularly against those pesky privacy and monopoly rules etc)) is that its no longer a question of generalising about Tories, but about being imho very critical of those who have not considered the implications of BJs latest manifesto, his lies or other failures as a statesman, and are ignoring those simply because ‘getting brexit done’ - with many of those likely to be those most adversely effected by his policy

The biggest Irony being that those shouting loudest (and voting taht way) about the importance of delivery on the referendum result to uphold the ideals of democracy will be voting with a party whose manifesto is all about dismantling some of our most important democratic legislation

The only people that believe conspiracy theories are those that believe the msm.
How often do people need to be lied to before they say, hold up, you lie continuously, i’d be a fool to fall for it again?
Any election that postal votes are not counted separately is easy pray for stuffing. All you need is a company(let’s call them IDOX) run by one of your own to get the contract and voilá, what result would sir like.

Well its now very clear that Corbyn is an anti-semite
(this is how this shit starts and is spread)

Boris’s Laura is on the BBC News at Six. Thought she might have been stood down.

You’d only do it in one circumstance. If your back is covered.

And that Chelsea smiling cunt’s back is covered.

Just a reminder. If the Tories get their majority tomorrow, I’m blaming latter day Remainers.

The post I’m replying to states exactly why.

Or maybe it’s because of Labour policies?

No, they don’t care what we think. They’ve been feeding us lies for so long, they can honestly say nothing has changed(amazing how some delude themselves with this).
This article about polls and the bits we’re fed(and more importantly the omissions) might interest you.

“Remember this. The Tory vote has not increased. It is the same level as 2017. But the media has vastly over-represented, in vox pops and in debate and panel audiences, those switching from Labour to Tory.”
