I’m glad people enjoy all this drama. I strongly suspect my co-mod is close to getting entirely fucked off with it all. If my suspicions are confirmed, and he does the offs, then I don’t see how this forum gets moderated during the day. I may have no choice.
does frm need constant moderating? Maybe a lot goes on that I don’t see or something, but i.e. who got moderated this week?

There is clearly Trouble At The Top. I thought so earlier when beltch took a public swipe at pap, he called him a Classless Cunt or something! It was in this thread! It was Mental. I was so surprised. And then pap swiped back, he was like, you wot pal? are you fucking starting??? All sinister like. I was like, omg, this is just like i.e. Sopranos!

The Chertsgate drama took a lot out of bletch.
I suspect that this might be the straw that breaks the camel’s back.
The upshot is you’ve at least one mod (me) wondering whether it’s worth all the shite.

You seem to insiniuate that I don’t comprehend the full gravity & srs of this situation, am not treating beltch’s suffering with appropriate reverance, am not desperate anguished at the thought of beltch wandering the streets, lost in depression, swigging brewdog™ from a bottle in brown paper bag, staring longingly down at the swirling Thames, thinking of the blessed relief that it could bring. Well, I apologise to @saintbletch on that. He is the voice of reason in many areas, including moderating, and also a damn fine poster. The forum would be much weaker without his presence.
I think the whole Chertsgate thing was quite an issue. You had a situation where, and as RB said to me, “Barry had come in with his 5th thigh high tackle and you had turned around and punched him, yet there was only 1 red card”. I think there was quite a split on the forum as to whether one of us, both of us, or neither of us should have been removed. We then had the Tokes and Bear factor where they ran amock for a few days, and then flounced off on business (or building robotic wanking machines). There was also lengthy correspondence between myself and Bletch which I will not go into, but I can imagine that took a lot of his time.
Recently I have noticed a change in Pap’s postings, he obviously doesn’t have the time to argue to the nth degree, and I think that has improved some of the threads.
I can’t see too many more flounces on here. Myself and Barry aren’t talking, so that’s no longer an issue. I think @rallyboy just needs a bit of time, I know how frustrated he was getting in the run up to Christmas about certain aspects of the forum, and as with myself, a bit of time out gives you a better perspective on things, and it’s a shame to discard relationships that have been built on here. Because for most of us, we have made good friends on here, and rather than do all this shit on Whatsapp, we have our own online forum. And that’s great. And the new changes have also improved the experience (although I still don’t have my ignore button @pap ).
We don’t want to lose this, and we don’t want to lose Bletch.
But worst of all, we don’t want to lose the mass wankfest that it will be here on Monday when we beat those fucking dirty Minds.
